FUN WORLD HONORS WES CRAVEN WITH GHOSTFACE SILVER ANNIVERSARY MASK

Fun World Honors Wes Craven for Ghostface Silver Anniversary

File this one under: Shut up and take my money!

R.J. Torbert announced via Twitter that the company behind the iconic Ghostface mask had big plans for celebrating its 25th Anniversary. Since 25 is the “Silver Anniversary”, Fun World is releasing a chrome version of the mask, originally known as “Ghost with Peanut Eyes”, made infamous by Wes Craven’s Scream franchise. Behold!
The gleaming mask is also being released as a tribute to Craven, the pioneering horror director who passed away earlier this year. A portion of the proceeds are going to benefit cancer research, meaning this is purchase you can feel good about—no matter how it hits your wallet (no word yet on price).
Torbert: “The chrome mask will come with a certificate of authenticity. It’s dedicated to the memory of Wes Craven and will say on boxed packaged, to be shown at a later date.”
Um, did I mention: Shut up and take my money!
